HeartBeat is made for artists and their representatives only, that's why we require verification during the onboarding process.
If you're artist profile is already claimed, you won't be able to onboard your profile. Instead you'll see this error message:
The most common reasons for this error:
- Somebody from your team is using HeartBeat and created your profile already. If this is the case, they can invite you via our TEAM feature so you all share the same verified artist profile. You can also request access to the artist profile directly through the error message. The owner of the artist profile will get notified and asked to approve your request.
- You are running multiple HeartBeat accounts at the same time. We offer account setup via E-Mail, Facebook or Apple. Please make sure you are logged into the account you used to verify
your artist profile with. If you log in with the right profile, you should be fine. - You deleted your verified artist profile from your account. Please reach out to us to get that fixed.
