If you are experiencing an issue with your Facebook connection to HeartBeat, here’s how to fix it:
1. Go to the CONNECTIONS screen. Tap the little square icon, then SETTINGS and CONNECTIONS. If you have authenticated your Instagram, Facebook or YouTube profile to ForTunes, this screen lists all of your active and inactive connections.
2. If a connection got lost, you will see a RECONNECT button next to the affected profile. Tap the button.
3. Facebook will ask you to reconnect, please tap EDIT SETTINGS and make sure that all permissions are granted. HeartBeat might not work properly if you don’t grant all permissions. Tap done and you should be good to go.

Facebook Business Settings
If you are still experiencing an issue with your Facebook connection, please check your Facebook Business Integration settings.
To update the settings remove HeartBeat integration from Facebook (check the box next to “HeartBeat” and click “Remove”).
Restart HeartBeat and follow the steps to connect your Instagram Business Profile or Facebook page.
